Pan Seared Scallops in lemon butter and garlic sauce 

Asparagus seasoned with olive oil and pepper.   Grilled for 4-5 minutes at 400 degrees

Season the scallops with salt and pepper then pan sear in butter  1-2 minutes on each side on medium high heat.  Keep warm while making the sauce.


2tbsp butter

2 garlic cloves (chopped)

1 teaspoon  of lemon juice add salt and pepper to taste

Serve scallops immediately with sauce sprinkle with Parsley

Pairs well with a Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
