The perfect Sunday lunch

Grilled porkchops  and Esparagus

Tenderize porkchops and season to your liking using s mix of garlic powder onion powder. Cajun seasoning and season all salt.

Set grill to 45o degrees  then grill porkchops for 7 minutes in each side

For the esparagus use vegetable oil cooking spray on a cookie sheet.  Place esparagus on the sheet .  Spray cooking spray on the asparagus.  Dust it lightly with salt and add Parmesan cheese.  Set oven to 350 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.  You then have a yummy Sunday meal.
