Fab Monday

I know it’s Monday again.  You’re still thinking about the weekend and wishing it was a little longer.  However that’s not the case so get moving.

Start with a strong workout if you can manage it in the morning.  That’s so not me, I’m a night workout girl.  Have that morning drink, I do mean coffee or tea:).  Grab your power breakfast and go.  I believe color brightens your mood.  So put on something fab and grab control of Monday don’t let it control you.
